Leading the way with our most ambitious sustainable programme.Â
We’ve been thinking beyond the box about sustainability for over 37 years, and circular economy is one of the biggest steps we’ve taken to cut our carbon footprint and yours.
It’s about rethinking the lifecycle of our products and maximising materials to make sure they are fully reused and not just thrown away.
What does that mean for you? it means your partnering with us and helping reduce the industry’s carbon footprint one unit at a time.
Our mission is to reduce the environmental impact of construction, and we believe everyone in the industry has a role to play.
We’re doing our part through a range of initiatives, and our circular economy programme is one of the most important.
It’s about making better use of what we already have. It’s breathing new life into existing products, cutting waste, and creating smarter, lower-carbon ways to support your projects from the ground up.
Right here at our head office depot in Bury, our dedicated refurbishment team leads the programme, working closely with design teams who listen to customer feedback to help improve future materials, layouts, and technology.
When demand is high, we also work with carefully selected refurbishment partners. But wherever it happens, the process stays the same — with the same high standards and the same goal.
By partnering with a supplier who has been driving sustainable change for over 37 years, you’re not just ticking boxes. You’re working with real experience that helps deliver meaningful results. Together, we can help you meet your sustainability goals and play a genuine part in reducing the industry’s carbon footprint.
The Combi Cabin 24 Eco was our first Circular Economy product and it has changed the way the we think about welfare units.
Built to maximise the reuse of materials, this well equipped, eco friendly unit delivers comfort and functionality while reducing waste and carbon footprint.
Watch the video to see how we transform an old welfare unit once headed for the scrapheap into a fully refurbished productivity hub ready to support your site team efficiently and sustainably.
This is a simplified process of what the Combi Cabin 24 Eco goes through as part of our circular economy process, giving it a new lease of life while reducing waste.
It comes down to creating smarter more sustainable solutions that last.
By embracing a circular economy approach the construction industry can cut waste reduce its carbon footprint and extend the life of essential site units.
Our Combi Cabin 24 Eco welfare unit is refurbished and reused saving two point seven tonnes of steel and timber. Ninety-nine percent of all waste avoids landfill with seventy-three percent being fully recycled. Every unit delivers three hundred kilograms of real carbon savings and extends the unit’s lifecycle from twenty to sixty years. It is a practical step towards low carbon construction and a more sustainable future.
Every Combi Cabin 24 Eco unit is part of our circular economy fleet with the new Accommodation 20 and 24 units now joining the programme and further plans in place to add even more of our welfare units to the circular economy fleet.
