Introduction of Fuel Surcharge Mechanism

Due to continued uncertainty and volatility in global fuel markets—driven by wider geopolitical and economic pressures—we are introducing a fuel surcharge, effective from 02/04/2026.

Fuel and transport-related costs form a substantial part of our overall operating expenditure and over the last month we have experienced a considerable increase in these costs, which we are no longer able to absorb.

We want to reassure you that we view this surcharge as a temporary measure and we hope that fuel prices will normalise in the near future, allowing us to remove the surcharge. We will continue to monitor fuel prices on a weekly basis and will adjust the surcharge accordingly

This approach enables us to responsibly manage cost pressures while continuing to deliver a consistent and high-quality service.

We understand that pricing increases can present challenges, and we would like to thank you for your continued understanding and support. The fuel surcharge will be clearly itemised on your invoice and our team will keep you updated on our charges at the time of booking as we wish to provide transparency during this period.

Should you have any questions or wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager.
