To celebrate National Apprenticeship week 2023, we are sharing some of our amazing colleagues who are developing themselves through an apprenticeship.

 

 

Apprenticeships are a great way to earn a qualification whilst learning on-the-job that provides both theoretical and practical training. At Garic, we are proud of the learning and development of our colleagues, and along with our parent company, Bibby Line Group, offer fantastic apprenticeships spanning a wide range of subjects and specialisms.

Learning and Development is a trailblazer for the People Point of Project Compass, Bibby Line Group’s long-term sustainability programme, with the aim to drive innovation and continuous improvement in four priority areas: Environment, Communities, People and Customer. Apprenticeships have provided our colleagues with a fantastic way to enhance their knowledge and progress professionally.
