We had a fantastic week exhibiting at Hillhead 2022 and Rail Live 2022, see below which products we had on show and a selection of other products which may be suited for your industry.
It was great to be back at both shows this year, showcasing our kit. The weather was definitely on our side for both exhibitions, which took place at Hillhead Quarry, Buxton, and The Rail Innovation Centre, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Hillhead 2022
What products featured at the show?
Our latest Welfare Van incorporates modern comfort with economic power. The engine is HVO-ready, meaning you can maximise your efficiency, whilst reducing scope 1 emissions. The Welfare Van 2.0 includes solar panels, heating, LED lighting, and a canteen area, and is suitable for up to 7 people. Oh, and premium Ford telematics is thrown in, so you can view vehicle data such as MPG, driving style, location tracking, and much more.
Our award-winning Solar Loo sets the standard for efficient standalone toilet units. Solar panels provide power to the unit so that there is no need for a mains supply. A flushing W.C maximises sanitation, whilst the waterless urinal reduces water wastage.
The boot wash is simple to install and is ready in minutes. Available in two configurations; 3 or 5, the boot wash has a combined hose brush which easily removes dirt and mud from boots to keep clean areas clean.
Keep safe on-site by storing your hazardous substances in our COSHH Store. The integral drip tray, and large louvred vents design give you peace of mind to make sure your COSHH requirements are met, with this safe and secure unit.
Other suitable products
Wheel washers helps keep your fleet clean, but is also legal requirement at many sites, especially those situated in residential areas. We have a wide range of wheel washers available to suit every job, not matter the size.
The City Wheel Wash is especially designed for specific vehicles such as tipper trucks and vehicles without front and rear under-run restrictions. Being the smallest powered spray wash in our product range, the city wheel wash is designed to enable quick deployment with as little disruption as possible.
Specially designed rumble strips provide an effective system to shake off dirt and debris. As the vehicle drives through the water lagoon, together with the rumble strips, the dirt is removed quickly. If required, extra rumble strips can be added.
Perfect for sites that require heavy-duty wheel washing, the Elevated Enviro Wheel Wash uses rumble strips work together with powerful jet sprays. To minimise water usage, the Elevated Enviro Wheel Wash recycles and re-circulates water when the jets are in use, and when additional water is required, the automatic system tops up the lagoon, so it is always ready to go.
The larger addition to our award-winning Solar Loo, the Solar Loo Twin + Shower features two separate, fully flushing toilets as well as a shower, meaning that this unit is CDM complaint. Solar energy provides power to the unit, whilst diesel powers the water and heating system.
Our range of tower lights provide illumination for sites to help maximise safety. Whether your job is during the dark days of winter or in the middle of the night, our range of tower lights will keep your site lit all year round. The LED floodlights provide instant bright light with no warmup required.

Combi Cabin Eco 1.5
Setting new standards of sustainability, the Combi Cabin Eco 1.5 is our first circular-economy product. Made from one of our older units, we have completely refurbished the cabin using energy rated A insulation, LED lighting, and recycled materials where possible. Powered by solar panels, and backed up by an HVO- ready generator, this unit has been designed to assist you with cutting your emissions, and environmental impact. The cabin is suitable for up to ten people and features a canteen, separate male/female toilet, and changing/drying room. It’s soon to be launched – so keep an eye on our social channels for updates!
New for 2022 is our Armadillo XL Eco 4.0. It is the latest addition to the Armadillo family of welfare units, so you know the high-quality, solid unit to expect. Suitable for up to 6 people, the XL Eco 4.0 is solar-powered and is backed up by an HVO-ready generation – minimising your environmental impact. The unit features a private W.C, a drying room, and a canteen.
Our award-winning Solar Loo’s bigger brother is perfect for mixed sites that need separate, flushing toilets and has the bonus of a separate shower. Solar panels provide power to the whole unit, whilst a diesel system powers the water heater and radiators in each cubicle. As all the cubicles are separate, the Solar Twin + Shower complies with CDM regulations; meaning 1 units is suitable for up to 25 site operatives.
