The dedicated charity to the construction industry, the Lighthouse Club provides emotional, physical, and financial support to those in the construction industry and their families. They provide a 24/7 helpline, training courses, and a self help app as well as much more vital services to help those in the industry.

The Mental Health Foundation, home of the Mental Health Awareness Week, offers a wide range of information on promoting good mental wellbeing. There are a lot of free resources on a wide range of topics
Mind is a national charity that provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Another nationwide charity is Samaritans who many services including a 24/7 helpline for anyone who needs to talk, whether for yourself or someone you care about. The Samaritans team are on hand to offer help and advice whenever you need it.
