Through to the finals

Garic is celebrating the fantastic news that it has been shortlisted for two leading construction industry awards.

“As one of the UK’s largest plant and welfare facilities suppliers, we are absolutely delighted to be through to the finals of the Builder & Engineer and Construction News Specialists awards,” commented Neil Richardson.

“We have had an incredible 12 months not only in terms of extending the reach of the business but with new innovations too. We have developed partnerships with a number of companies in Europe to facilitate the supply of our products internationally which are really paying dividends.

“Congratulations to everyone at Garic, it has been a great team effort. We’ll all have our fingers crossed for the final results; it would be fantastic to add another couple of awards to our trophy cabinet!”

As a leading supplier to many major contractors in the construction, infrastructure, utility and industrial sectors, the company’s products are regarded as some of the most innovative, eco-efficient and reliable on the market.

The company continues to invest heavily in research and development to ensure it maintains its pioneering position. This year alone it has committed £0.5m to launching a design patented solar powered drying room unit – the first of its kind; to designing and manufacturing bespoke products for Hinkley Point C and enhancing previous product innovations such as the Armadillo 12v V2 – the UK’s only EPC B-rated mobile welfare unit.

Garic has been shortlisted in the Supplier of Year category in the Builder & Engineer awards which will be judged on 30th November. And is a finalist for Equipment Supplier of the Year in the Construction News Specialists awards to be decided on 22nd March 2017.
