General Data Protection Regulation
This Privacy Notice tells you what to expect in relation to personal information about you which is collected, handled and processed by Garic Ltd. Garic may be a Data Controller, joint controller or a processor when handling personal data and therefore we want to ensure any personal data we handle is processed in accordance with all applicable data protection laws in line with GDPR which will be effective from 25th May 2018. This regulation applies to all organisations who operate within the EEA.

This information may have been provided by you, or through a third party who we work with such as recruitment agencies or through job boards or another business.

Retention of your data
Your data will be retained for no longer than is necessary and in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

Storing your data
The personal data you provide will only be stored for the purpose it is intended for and in line with our internal processes and legislation requirements. We will ensure your data is stored securely and in line with your consent.

Garic Limited takes your privacy seriously. Your personal information will not be sold or otherwise distributed to third parties without your consent. Garic Ltd. is not a source of unsolicited email.

This policy covers what personal information Garic Ltd. collects, how that information is collected and why we need it.
