Lancashire County Council carried out the refurbishment of public highways and paving in and around Clitheroe town centre from April to August 2024. They required an alternative solution for power on-site to reduce noise and CO2 pollution and sought Garic’s advice.

Our Microgrid System enabled:

The Solution: Microgrid - Thinking Beyond the Box

LCC needed to power various Accommodation 24 Units, including an Office, Canteen, Meeting Room and drying Room, along with a 12’x9’ 2+1 Toilet Block + waste tank, water tank and steps.

Garics Microgrid system made up of our eco products was perfect for this as the location of the project was a Pay and Display Car park in the town centre of Clitheroe surrounded by residential buildings, shops and bars etc.

An LCC spokesperson said:

All the emptying of the tanks and refills were very efficient and on time. A very good service all round.”
